Drivers who’ve been looking for the perfect hybrid car may be approaching the end of their search! The 2019 Honda Insight will be arriving soon at dealerships in the Metro Milwaukee area, and if it’s like the rest of Honda’s hybrid lineup, it should be a hit with our friends and neighbors. According to the writers at Autoweek, the 2019 Honda Insight is set to be more affordable than the Honda Accord Hybrid and the entire Honda Clarity lineup.

What to Expect

When the 2019 Honda Insight arrives, it’ll be easier than ever to get all the features you desire in a sleek, fuel-efficient hybrid car.

  • Spacious and Stylish: The new Insight’s exterior has been redesigned to look more like a sedan, and the interior has a spacious, even luxurious, design with perforated leather seating. Additionally, the Insight’s lithium ion battery leaves you plenty of trunk space.
  • Performance and Efficiency: The Insight is set to offer “best-in-class performance” and that translates into fuel economy of more than 50 mpg in the city and on the highway*. Its drivetrain is composed of a 1.5-Liter Atkinson Cycle engine, an electric motor, and a lithium ion battery. Most of the time, the Insight will be able to run solely on electric power.
  • Advanced Technology: Every Honda Insight will come standard with the Honda Sensing suite of Active and Driver Assistive safety features as well as Honda LaneWatch. The Insight’s array of features is also expected to include an eight-Inch Display Audio System and entertainment features like Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
